it would open up a lot solution for scripting & damage style
return position of items as use-value
- a proper way to create upgrade system for items/weapons (changing items parameters)
- fps sprite mode checkbox

Please submit clarified feature request if this is not what you meant. If you meant the items on the ground, make sure to call them pick-ups/treasure chests.
